1. What is the Quality of the Jewelry?

We understand that magical memories last a lifetime, which is why the jewel you want will be made of gold, silver or gemstones.

Silver pieces are in Sterling Silver (.925) It means 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of a mix of metals. Usually alloyed with copper. It guarantees the hardness and strength of the Jewelry piece. Pure 99.9% Silver would be too soft to use for Jewelry.

Every month the Jewelry is checked by the Bangkok Assay office. Ask your vendor if they guarantee you the quality of their material!

2. They are Lead and Nickel Free?

Yes. All Jewelry we sell is Nickel-, Lead-free and hypoallergenic.

3. Can I take my pieces to the sea?

Definitely yes, you can take your pieces with you, to the river, sea, and lake and will not be damaged by contact with water. Just by nature Silver gets oxidized in contact with air. To keep it shiny just polish it regularly a bit with a towel.

4. Why does it take up to 20 days for preparing the shipping?

We do things differently - Mostly all asking for faster, faster, faster...
